Our Purpose....provide Christ centered mission and ministry processes that assist congregations to live a life together, bringing the love of Christ through an individual life of witness and caring to the rural & small town communities.
 
Our Mission...encourage the joy of witnessing about Jesus Christ that helps RST congregations serve as mission outposts in their communities.
 
Our Vision...sees RST congregational leaders and members studying God's Word and experiencing the joy of reaching out with the Gospel in ways that engage their changing commmunities for Christ.
 
Our Promise... follow the core beliefs of the LCMS. Each mentoring activity brings and renews hope in Christ, equipping ordained and commissioned workers and lay leaders for caring ministry in RST communities.
